Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
Returns & Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Custom or personalized items
- Made-to-Order pieces
- Clearance items
- Stickers or small accessories
- Items marked Final Sale
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with
- Your order number
- Photos of the item and packaging
We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the issue is confirmed.
Pickup Orders
Orders marked for local pickup must be collected within 30 days of the order being ready for pickup.
If the pickup order is not collected within this 30-day period and no communication has been made, The Moonlit Serpent reserves the right to return the item(s) to shop inventory and resell them without issuing a refund.
If you need additional time, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate.
Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for the refund to process depending on your bank.
