By purchasing from The Moonlit Serpent, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

General

The Moonlit Serpent offers handmade, small-batch, and custom goods including apparel, accessories, jewelry, and other merchandise. Due to the nature of handmade items, slight variations in color, stitching, engraving, or design may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

By placing an order through our shop, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. The Moonlit Serpent reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inventory errors.

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.

Processing Times

Many items are made to order. Processing times may vary depending on the item and current order volume. Estimated processing times will be listed where applicable but are not guaranteed.

The Moonlit Serpent is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Shipping

Once an order has shipped, the customer assumes responsibility for the package. The Moonlit Serpent is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can assist you.

Local Pickup Orders

Orders marked for local pickup must be collected within 30 days of the order being marked ready for pickup.

If a pickup order is not collected within this time frame and no communication has been made, The Moonlit Serpent reserves the right to return the item(s) to shop inventory and resell them without issuing a refund.

Customers who require additional time should contact us before the 30-day period ends.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges may be accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, graphics, product images, and branding associated with The Moonlit Serpent are the intellectual property of The Moonlit Serpent and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Moonlit Serpent shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

Changes to These Terms

The Moonlit Serpent reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted where our products are sold.
