Shipping policy

Processing Times

All items from The Moonlit Serpent are handmade or produced in small batches. Because of this, processing times may vary depending on the item and current order volume.

Typical processing time is 10-21 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.

Processing time does not include shipping time.

Shipping Methods

Orders are shipped through trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or other available services depending on the order size and destination.

Shipping times vary by location and carrier. Once an order has shipped, delivery times are outside of our control.

Tracking

Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has shipped. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, The Moonlit Serpent is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

If a package appears lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the order.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.
